The Nail Executive is happy to cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours of advance notice. Cancellation requests with fewer than 24 hours of advance notice will be charged 50% of the service. Clients who no show will be charged for 100% of the service, and will not be allowed to book again.
A valid credit card is required to book an appointment, but will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment is due upon completion of service. Clients may see a $1 charge on their card. This charge is used for validation purposes, but will later be released (voided), usually within 7 days.
In the event of a client's late arrival, we may not be able to complete the full service treatment, and the client will be charged the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking.
The Nail Executive does not offer application or removal of acrylic or dip powder services.
